We have training sessions throughout the year, which include a mixture of indoor training and on water rowing.
Summer sessions start at the end of March till October and include 4 days a week of on water rowing + indoor ergo.
Winter sessions start in October till end of March and include 2 times a week on water rowing and 2 times indoor workout.
For all sessions we ask all of our members to arrive 30min prior to the start of each session.
